Jennifer was born in Austin, TX and grew up in MD, very close to Washington, DC. She has recently relocated to West Virginia, still not far from DC, with her partner and their multiple animals.

Jennifer is self-taught and has been shooting since she was a teen. Her subjects typically do not include people, but she does take jobs doing headshots, events, and that sort of thing. Her favorite themes are nature, particularly flowers and plants, cemeteries and cemetery architecture, and anything dark, moody, or fantastical. She incorporates much of her photography into her mixed media art pieces and handcrafted items, as well. Jennifer is looking to expand into pet and animal (not just wildlife) photography, a logical extension of her deep love for animals.

Though Jennifer has outgrown the equipment she has available to her, she continues to make the best use of it she can, rather than stop shooting, until she can upgrade to more appropriate gear. What is put up for sale her is her very, very best work.

Jennifer’s favorite places to shoot are the Eastern Shore of Maryland and New England, where she hopes to relocate in the next few years.

Starting Over

It’s been a long time since I have posted to this journal, and indeed, since I have done anything with this site and shop. (Though I DO love RedBubble!) I took on care of my mother in 2014 while working a part time job, which I…

Not Gone

Just a quick note to state that JenniferLynn Productions, LLC is still very much still up and going. I’ve had to take a break from my photography (and other areas of my business have slowed down) this year, because we’ve had a lot of illness and death in the family. I have been focusing on family affairs and on finding a new job (I have one—I’m just looking for a better …

Art Exhibit

One of the three animal photos I recently added has been accepted to an exhibit in DC. It’s a small, niche exhibit, but it still feels good! (“Queen Give-It”, which you can see in my portfolio under “animals”.) / I had a painting accepted and shown earlier this year, as well. The painting did not sell, but I’m considering offering it up through one of my onli…
