Taken in a cave in Vang Vieng, Laos, Asia. I decided to brave the 1km long cave by myself with no guide and this Buddha was at the entrance. It was a pretty active cave, as caves go. Lots of running water from unknown locations making everything slippery enough to fall on. But, fortunately I only nearly fell into an abyss once.

I didn’t have a flashlight so I bought a local one in town. In true form, it went out on me when I was in the deepest pitch black part of the cave. I had to use the flash of my camera to guide me where I was going every few seconds. I was terrified to say the least. I’ve never had more fun in a cave.
