Simulated: A "Simulation" of a Nut

Some people swore I was crazy, a real nut job. What did they know about peanut butter? Yeah it was creamy, almost silky smooth around the edges – well, if it was regular blend. Don’t get me started on the crunchy variety; that stuff’s riddled with irrational undertones and endless possibilities for clinical discussion.

Speaking of clinical: they say that the reason so many kids develop an allergy to peanuts is due to the fillers used in modern-day immunizations. Now that’s crazy, if you ask me.

Why does it have to come down to a label? What’s in a label that by any other name wreaks more havoc than what’s rotten in the State of Denmark? Doesn’t a jar of mixed nuts provide more satisfaction for the consumer than any single, ordinary blend could ever dream of anyway?

So I’m a jar of mixed nuts. There are worse things, I suppose.
