I take photographs of things that catch my eye; often ordinary items observed from unusual angles. I love the natural world, especially the coastlines of Scotland, both east and west. I also paint, mostly in watercolours and write, mainly short stories.

Local Art Exhibition

For quite a few years now, I’ve taken part in the Milltimber, Bieldside & Cults (MBC) festival Art Exhibition. It’s held in a beautiful venue, a lovely mostly woodlined building within our local Camphil community here in Aberdeen, at Newton Dee. North East Open Studios 2017

This will be my seventh year taking part in the North East Open Studios event, which sees over 250 artists and makers opening their doors to the public, in varied and interesting spaces, from living rooms to garages, village halls to bona fide studios and galleries.
