It’s an abstract watercolor painting that’s a hybrid of hard, geometric shapes with the intangible spontaneity and texture of watercolor. It has a more balanced graphic design than some of my busiest paintings. The title is a made up berry I made up. If you’ve heard of a real thing as a sunberry, then it’s that thing, too. Good, I covered all the bases.
This is the same painting as the other Sunberry abstract watercolor painting, except in black and white for my friends who prefer my work desaturated, hue-less, and in it’s secret, hidden achromatic glory.
It was painted using Dr. PH. Martin’s Concentrated Water Colors on Arches Hot Press 120lb water color paper.
