Artist's Description

The chapel of my city Lanmeur “N.D. de Kernitron” Finistère Brittany France.
This chapel, whose name means village of the lady, is built in the early twelfth century by the Benedictine monks of the priory nearby Saint-dependent Jacut. The nave and transept date from the twelfth century. The chancel was built in the fifteenth century with reuse of elements of the thirteenth century. The Norman influence is detectable.
