Whilst still a very beautiful site, these two stack were until only a couple of years ago joined by a wonderful arch. It was very much a photographers delight. It still is, but it did lose a little of its wonder when the arch collapsed into the sea.
For this particular dawn, no color to be seen, instead a blustery sourtherly change that created some really fascinating and dramatic cloud movement.
The Island Arch is in the Port Campbell National Park, part of the Greater Otway National park in Victoria, Australia.
Captured with a Canon 5D MkII, Canon 17-40 L at 22mm, f/20 and 1.6 sec exposure.
