Artist's Description

A challenging walk on dodgy ankles on a track that has been closed for 5 years due to trees falling and the odd ensuing injury. The track is still well defined, but there were many trees to climb over, under, through and around. There is also the river which has to be crossed 6 times. That’s usually fine, but it was raining, and the stepping stones were either submerged by the high water level or as slippery as anything, so with my fused ankle, a challenge it was. The falls at the end of the track though was well worth the effort to get there. It is one of my favourite spots in the Otway Ranges which can be found in Victoria, Australia.

Taken with a Canon 5d Mk II, Canon 17-40L at 17mm, f/16 and 0.6 sec. Exposure.
