Artist's Description

Prior to heading back up the boardwalk (guided by the light of Cape Schanck Lighthouse), I decided to hang around the rocky beach that looks out onto Bushrangers Bay, just in case I got a glimpse of the full moon rising that I had planned on shooting. No such luck – the cloud cover seemed to get thicker as it got darker! All was not lost though… as the last traces of light from the sun tickled the edges of the rocks surrounded by a slowly rising tide, I was able to capture this moody long exposure that turned the ocean into a white/blue mist. Enjoy!
