Feel it dim,
Feel it all arranged,
Quiet.
Spark a noise, a sigh
Deranged silence.
Feel the hush of the train
Rush of the sirens.
Feel the carrying on
Of us breathless tyrants.
Feel the fluid, the passage
The shock – grim, of fear.
Fe’e’l’ T’’he’’e Wor’’ds’s
Tumbling downwards,
Faster,
Than you can hear.
Feel the breaking of doors, shockwaves
Of metal, resounding
Throughout,
Spinal columns,
Rounded out.
And the running of the bulls,
Trampling hooves, Adidas,
No looking side to side, no eyes dashing from safety,
No care,
At.
All.
