Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 17, 1987, j.a. cartoons is a motivated and driven cartoonist with a flair for edgy and avant-garde humor. Drawing since age 5, j.a.cartoons was inspired by Saturday morning TV cartoons. Basing his stories as an extrapolation and juxtaposition of those morning shows, he creates characters who contrast and lampoon the early stories. J.a.cartoons also draws inspiration from some of his favorite cartoonists such as Jack Kirby, Will Eisner, and Robert Crumb.
