Ever since the beginning of memory, I drew, painted, and crafted. As a child, above our family couch was a painting of lush woods and...

bubblesite confusion

I recently received an email through my personal email account from a person I’ll call Every-man. The email seems to have been sent from my personal RB site that is no longer supported by RB. Every-man has inquired about a purchase of one of my offerings. I do not know what channel to go through to respond to his query. Any Redbubbler suggestions.

Frida's Bird1

After a long break, it is so fine to come back to visit. The art offerings of Obsessed with Frida are delicious and amazingly wonderful. I am glad to be included on the feature page.
And CORE group has included Frida’s Bird1 as well.

Temporarily relocating to Atlanta, Georgia area and I can not wait to get back in the art room. xoxoxox

I am trying to define my relief/gratitude for the Redbubble administration’s removal of a sender of a very disparaging bubble mail I received and reported a little over two years ago. I did not take the bubble mail personally, and I had forgiven the sender for the scathing language. The message was not a physical threat, but I read it as rude and something that I needed to report.…

Within this two year period, I had revisited the b-mail and followed the link back to the user’s profile. The link brought me to his page, so I could see the person still had an account on the Bubble. This morning, I discovered the change in his status.

I had a few private conversations with some Redbubble artists concerning this matter, but no one from the administrative staff ever contacted me. Although I

Retrieving lost files on Red Bubble

above you will find a link to help yourself get back your lost files from the RedBubble.

Thanks so much Frannie, I so appreciate your diligence in all that you do.

Funny thing is, in the olden days of my Redbubble experience, if I refavored an image I could MAGICALLY bring the item from deep in my favorite files to a more current favorite item.

Hmmmm. Maybe it has something to do with my noscripts… Idk. no big deal though…

Artists Sometimes Eat: or Questions We ask ourselves

The following is a response to Janis Zroback’s Journal entry titled Have You Recently Lost the Way? Thank you Janis for your journal entry. The wheels are spinning and you have me thinking. I will try to give you a thoughtful answer.…

I think I suffer from what I call “too much of something” syndrome. I allow myself to get over stimulated by ideas and inspiration and then shut down and stop. Some people are energized by stimulus, I am not. I freeze. When starting a new project I find myself lost along the way, and stuck in perfectionism. I have to keep reminding myself that I have an artist’s fingerprint and no matter how hard I try to make my work go in a different direction, my art will be mine. Not Waterhouse, not Engelbreit, not Hopper.

Even though I do not post every day, I cr

Join me at the Juried Invitational Exhibition…

I am very excited to exhibit in SoJie 12. SoJie 12 takes its name from the first letters of Solo’s Juried Invitational Exhibition. This month is only the 12th one, ever, and 120 other members of the Solo Exhibition group, besides myself, are represented.

This exhibition is based on a workshop, in which I participated, where member artists translated member photographers’ images to traditional art medium.

Winners of the invitational will be announced on August 31st, when a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded in three categories: photography, traditional art, and a special category based on the paired works.
