Soliloquy - Freedom is Pain

This thing calls pain. What is it? Is pain a figment of consciousness? Understanding pain itself can one be free from the sufferings? Suffering could be part of freedom. How could one think that freedom is without pain? Freedom is pain. What a realization! Why should freedom be eternal bliss? Who lie to me, you the apostle and prophets of philosophy? You lied. What god could offer this freedom to heel all? You too are those prophets. You lied all this while. You lied! Freedom can be painful and may be at some point it is pain itself.

So now, do you still want freedom? Do I still want freedom? Does anybody still want freedom, when freedom is pain? Only the mad man wants freedom. So, should I freak out? Should I deny it? Should I runaway? No, face it like a man. Take it as it smashed into my face. If I do not know pain, how would I find freedom? I need to loose pain in order to reach that ultimate freedom. I reach for a higher order of freedom. Am I deluded? Is that such a freedom? Am I deceiving myself? I have faith. Faith will keep me going. Did Morpheus deliver this dream unto me? No, I will my own faith. I shall triumph over this journey to freedom.
