Artist's Description

How I made the Mont. St. Michel Painting. This Under painting is the beginning. First I made and Hardboard Grey with Acryl Paint. (you call that the Middle Tone)

After drying, I made with a pencil the first lines, Tower, the beach and the lrocks.

I always start with the Lights in an underpaint , I paint that with Titan White.. It is not transparant… after this project, Yes…one our two months…

I start with the dark in this painting, I use for shadows Raw Omber, I mix it with a little white (Zink white is transparant) to make it lighter . All the dark spots get that brown. After drying… yes again two our three weeks…

I am ready to give it the colors I want,. I use soft tiny brushes for the Glacis. When I am finishing the colors glacis…this underpaint is gone… And you see the color result Mont. St. Michel.
