It is a vector graphics joke and hommage to the Greatest Ruler of Ancient Egypt (okay, her Ramesside period, at least).
Ramesses II was a great usurper and he used literally everything to declare and _advertise_ his excellence on _anything_. The best example is his role in Battle of Quadesh that acknowledged as the greatest ever battle fought by chariots. Both Egyptian and Hittite records survived and scholars reconstructed the events that shows the young Pharaoh was a bit hot-headed, and careless. His brave is unquestionnable but the outcome relied simply on this, a handful Egyptian troups who appeared from a surprising direction in the worst part of the melée—and the strange decision of the Hittite King Muwattali II. to not fight back. Both parties claimed tremendous victory and Ramesses the Great commemorated enormous relieves all over his Lands. Pentuwer wrote an epic poem and the relieves presents the Pharaoh Triumphant fighting back the Hittites alone and almost single-handedly.
This story gave me the idea to depict Ramesses the Great as a Formula1 driver. He wears his blue Khepresh crown and certainly drives the most prestigious car, a Ferrari. (Note the ads that contain the Pharaoh's royal names and on the cooling box, the Ferrari name in hieroglyphs.) Ramesses compared himself to Mentu, but here it is Thoth himself who waves the chequered _netjer_-flag...
At last, as I am a great admirer of King Ramesses, please say a _hotep di nisw_ with me, as:
_"Offerings that the king gives in name of this_ [your name] _to_ [your name for God] _to give eternal life to this King Osiris-Ramesses, life, prosperity and health, in the eternity, like for Ra."_
