Art has been my passion since I could first hold a pencil! The teachers were always telling me off for drawing all over my school books!!...

Art has been a lifelong passion for me. I adore colour, the mind-stopping beauty of nature, the quirkiness of chooks and frogs, and the serenity and spirituality of the lotus .
Of late I am drawn to paint scenes that contain bodies of water – lakes and rivers especially. I usually paint in acrylics but also sometimes in pastel or oils. I also love producing prints from lino cuts and hand colouring them.
Being part of this vast redbubble community is an enormous support for me and encourages me to keep painting what I love.

The Death of a Guinea Pig

Our last guinea pig died this morning – ‘Fudge’, eight years old, and the mother of eight babies.
