I fell into being a crunchy co-sleeping breastfeeding Mama because my goal was to nurse on-demand for 2 years and beyond, as per WHO recommendations. By 2 years, nursing had become our safe haven. We went from extended breastfeeding to full-term breastfeeding. My son weaned naturally when he was almost 4. I created Happy Human Pacifier to interview Moms with amazing nursing stories: tandem breastfeeding, induced lactation, breast milk donors, lactation consultants and more.
