"The Beauty of Age"

Flowers wilt to reveal more beauty,
Age and form with the passing of time.
So rarely appreciated, tossed aside.
Fragile yet flawless, a gracefull decline.
A reflection of nature on the simplest scale,
Complexities of life yet we all become frail.
A significant existance to grow old with dignity.
The veins of a petal are lines of life flowing to the surface….
Beauty has thickened with experience wisdom and grace…
And will not fade.
