Gideon van Zyl

I started on a little Kodak Instamatic camera when I was quite small and eventually started with SLR photography onan old Pentax Spotmatic in the late '70s. Photographers like Yousuf Karsch, Annie Leibowitz who have grown up in the age of film and have captured the world inspire me, whereas modern digital photographers and techniques challenge me to always renew what I am doing and how I am looking at things. I now run my own photography studio in Kempton Park in South Africa.
