UNEXPECTED LOVE

She sat upon a large dark rock
Lazily gazing into the stream playfully fluttering her feet
In the crystal water half awake half asleep,
Ponderously she gazed around at nature’s beauty,
Spotting two little blue Wren’s playing together so cutely
She found herself dreaming
Of how gorgeous they were with the sun upon them beaming
With the spring of youth she jumped up shedding her attire
Sprang into a deep of the stream submerging herself entire
Then finally coming up for breath
She knew nothing could better refresh
Emerging out to feel the lusciously cool breeze
She ran and danced through the meadow then exhausted, rested to her knees
Then she slowly made her way back,
To where she had previously sat,
Only to find her clothes all gone,
She heard a man say, ‘You may have them back when you sing me a song”
And though in dismay she began to sing,
From that moment a great lasting love did begin.
