Artist's Description

This rock face (left side) of Mt Murchison, Rosebery (Tasmania), is known mainly as the “Queen”, but I still think it is more like a chief’s head. (1.1.2010)

I also have seen lots of “goblins” in the mountain hollow behind the head-dress/hair on certain times of the day. When the light hits the shadowed areas and highlights areas. Interesting!

The locals also know of the CROSS that is visible, especially from nearby town of Tullah, of an afternoon.
