Armando R. Freger was born in Mexico City in 1970. Armando Freger founded Ishuakara Casa Estudio doing art classes and exhibitions, the Gallery is located in Oaxaca, Mex. He has painted over 20 murals Xochitl Rivera in Baja California Sur (Los Cabos) from 2007 to 2009 where several periods gave workshops to the community of Los Barriles, Todos Santos and San Antonio, also some others in Puerto Escondido and SOme communities in Oaxaca state.
