"Women's Rights Are Human Rights" is a phrase used in the feminist movement and is the name of a speech given by Hillary Clinton, the First Lady of the United States, on 5 September 1995, at the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing."
If you’re like me, you’re probably disgusted, saddened, and angered by the election of Donald Trump (a known racist, misogynist, liar, and sexual predator) to the most powerful position in the world.
For days I just felt like giving up. I’m just an artist. What can I do? Then I came up with an idea. I will make Anti-Trump artwork like this one, and after RedBubble takes its cut, give half the proceeds to the ACLU who will fight back against Trump’s promised abuses of the Constitution – like banning all Muslims from the US, cracking down on freedom of the press, using the power of the Presidency for revenge, and implementing racist policing policies like “Stop and Frisk”.
There’s a blog here on RedBubble and I will post monthly proof here and on my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/theartofandrewwood) that I’ve donated. If you don’t want a shirt or one of the items RedBubble sells then I urge you to head over to the ACLU’s website and donate. If we don’t stand up and fight who will?
