Frank was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Having spent much of his youth in Sothern Italy next to the sea and in close proximity to diverse cultures, his love of architecture and popular culture boom of the 1980's grew tremendously. Throughout his life, Frank has always been fascinated by images and how the world is represented through the eyes of others.
