About The Book

Eight years of research, on the condition doctors call plantar fasciitis, are presented and explained. It is concluded that a more appropriate name for this condition is nociceptive foot pain (NFP). These studies indicate that NFP heel pain is a warning by the nervous system that we need to change the way we move, or serious injury will ensue; generally due to issues in our hips. An effective treatment strategy provided.

About the Author

Dr. Morgan is a retired veterinary pathologist and research scientist. Born in 1943, raised in post-war England, he learned to be self-reliant. Kevin completed the Lake Placid Ironman for the 5th time in 2011, at age 68, as the only person in the world to complete such a race with an abdominal aortic aneurysm stent graft. When asked why he continues these grueling races, he replies, I love the life-style, and it keeps me out of assisted living! An avid gardener, Dr. Morgan lives on a plant-based diet, and works to solve aging and exercise-induced aches and pains.
