Artist's Description

This painting is a continuation of the ice-cube tray splatter method I’m working on. One of a series of paintings, this one follows the same guidelines- one single motion creation, white space utilization and all paints were mixed with a gloss medium.

I was listening to Ray Lamontagne again when I was painting. What I love about this painting the most is how the light blue/aqua paint grabs your eye and moves your gaze across the canvas, but it does it in such an unconventional path. This painting is hanging on a yellow-creame colored wall that really pulls out yellow in this painting. I hope you like it.
