There is a small area inside Laguna Beach, California (USA), known as Victoria Beach. The tower, which contains a spiral staircase that residents used to get from their homes down to the beach, was built in 1926. It is no longer in use, but it is a must see for photographers and tourists alike.
This is a three exposure HDR taken on a tripod with a Nikon D90 and 18-105mm lens @ f/16, 1/5 second exposure, 200 ISO. Processed in Photomatix and then edited in Photoshop and Topaz Adjust.
