E Pluribus Mundi
Designed by EyeMagined
E Pluribus Mundi in latin means "of the many worlds." This image is part of a larger painting by Leonardo da Vinci, painted around 1500. It was a painting of Salvador Mundi as Jesus Christ holding a crystal globe which represented the cosmos. Inside the globe can be seen stars and small planets, three of which when magnified show what look like ufos. Ancient Alien theorists say the 3 specks are Orion's Belt stars. The painting by Da Vinci was thought to be lost over the centuries and was rediscovered. It was restored and recently sold at Christie's for $450.3 million dollars. It is a classic Da Vinci painting of high strangeness and many hidden meanings. I have taken the liberty to name the section of the painting with the crystal globe "E Pluribus Mundi," and paraphrased its inferred larger meaning as "There are Many Worlds."
