a word of inquiry

I’m a bit unclear on the rules here;
am I supposed to wait for you to ask for it,
or can I take it from you whenever
the urge becomes beyond my power to ignore?
What if I gave you hints, a subtle nudge in the side
every now and again and then
started to hint a little harder with
a squeeze of the hand or a kiss on the cheek?
And if my kisses wandered a dimple closer to
your tempting, half-parted smile, then
might it penetrate that head of yours, the one
that’s much too distracted by its top hat and
proper upbringing to realize that
the juxtaposition between two bodies
never fails to stroke the topic of heartbeat and
the passionate desire to make yours my own.
If I hold you close enough, and focus my breath
to mimic the exact rhythm of yours,
is it possible for two to become one?
Mine was never a hand for rules or math or
anything with that species of logic but
perhaps you could hint to me the correct answer?
How did math find its way into this?
Let me spit the subtleties from my mouth and
fill it with the poignant brevity I am wishing to communicate:
does my touch excite you, the way a lover’s touch should
excite her beloved? Does the taste of my lips
leave you aching for something a bit more exotic?
Are your eyes hungry to see more than
what conservative habits of the public dictate
I expose to their sensitive tastes? Are you
as impatient as I to touch and kiss and explore and play and
screw the rules: I want to take you to my bed and
engage in a fantasy left too long pulsing in my expectations.
Just so you are clear: I am yours to do with as you wish.
Show me why love is so god damned tantalizing.
