Love's Gust

The tree bustles wildly
thrown by winds force

Gracefully though she dances in time with each puff
to the rhythm of Earth’s heartbeat

Unlike hurried people who wipe aside wispy hair and dust; frowns apparent

Wind and tree chuckle lightly during a lull,
like children unwrapping sweets

Again, limbs fold this way and that
swaying like lovers in wedding bliss

Surrendering up to Father element’s desires
she doesn’t mind she is LOVE

Branches bend and flex, bark exposed, naked, bashfully unashamed, revealing her secrets to the Universe

Child rain plays with her hair and exfoliates her silvery body with tender caresses
Lifting her up ever higher
into the gentle care of Mother Earth’s welcoming arms
