Ripples on Inverness Beach, Nova Scotia just before sunrise which will occur to my right. BTW – running out of titles with Inverness Beach in them so just Ripples will do. I am never disappointed with the light and moods of this place even in the worst of weather. This particular morning was very windy but not as cold as some I have endured. A beautiful morning with the constant siren of the wind in my ears and visual evidence of its ferocity. The wind that rattled the cabin I was in the night before, and who conspired with the surf to sculpt a gentle, rippled pattern in the sand. A small group of gulls await sunrise on the other side of the tidal rivulet as well as I on my side.
