Artist's Description

“Heady with the scent of Love,
Dancing in every glowing shade,
I sing of every grace found above.
Though I wither, True Beauty will never fade.
I will cool your fevered soul,
soothe a sore throat,
help fill your bowl,
lift your spirits and open your heart.
Gentle as a twilight breeze…
yet beware my thorny dart!”

Quinn 2009

“Everything is created from moment to moment, always new. Like fireworks, this universe is a celebration and you are the spectator contemplating the eternal Fourth of July of your absolute splendor.” Francis Lucille

“The power of love to change bodies is legendary, built into folklore, common sense, and everyday experience. Love moves the flesh, it pushes matter around…. Throughout history, “tender loving care” has uniformly been recognized as a valuable element in healing.” Larry Dossey

While my Rosa Rugosas are still too young to flower, this lovely white Rose was here at this house when we moved in… only waiting for someone to shower with Love. A beautiful surprise our first summer here, as we had moved her late in the Fall. Roses of all sorts are always uplifting to me. Their scent, beauty, and marvelous lessons on the nature of Love are always welcome.

White Roses with Pine trees seem to be a reoccurring theme wherever we move; planted by anothers’ hands, appearing at each new home for the last three moves.

Combined, these Teachers sing gently of Blessings, Purification, loving kindness, Universal Love, Peace, the cleansing of negativity including unnecessary guilt, sorrow, stress and especially grief. As you might imagine, these friendly faces are always a welcome sight, but perhaps especially so when they are unlooked for; left behind by those who planted them to be savored and loved by any who come after. Love truly knows no bounds, and can even be exchanged between two people who never meet, separated by time, situation, and viewpoint.

“Love doesn’t make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.” Franklin P. Jones

“Thank you for a day of too much perfection.” Lewis Farrell, “Bed of Roses”
