Elle Jaye Rose thinks you should treat YOURSELF!

I know … it is that hideous time of year when myer guilted you into treating your dog, your painful chriskringle nominee from work, your abusive family members etc. with useless consumerist trinkets… NOW I SAY IT IS TIME TO TREAT YOURSELF!…

Here is my magical salt scrub recipe – especially good for those anxious types with skin allergies such as myself who suffers from oily, yet dry sensitive skin.

Those who follow my movements will be aware that I shifted from my metro champagne socialist home in melbs back up to my home town of Wollongong due to financial and emotional circumstance (yes, at thirty yrs of age I am living with my mum! aauurrgghh!) I want to see more series-based conceptual work
More installation and sculpture based artworks documented
Less cliche poetry
More drawing
More Illustration (but more innovative, less powderpuff cutesy, more expr

Drift is a mixed-media phantasmic wonderment often using man-made engineering structures such as lighthouses, roads and powerlines set in immense landscapes as a metaphor for humankinds romantic and precarious desire to understand, harness, shape & control nature.

Come have a wine with me at the opening of my solo exhibition ‘Drift’, which has ever so kindly been sponsored by The Library Art Space. Many thanks to Benedict, Doug and Elyss! Donations to the gallery to thank them for supporting my artwork as well as other emerging artists is encouraged.
