Artist's Description

Canon 50D, 50mm f1.8
Available light (biting chilly Winter’s afternoon, Mordialloc Pier, Melbourne)
Post-ed splodge removal (blurry out of focus bird)
from the sky, otherwise straight from camera

Despite the bitingly chilly Winter breeze whipping along the pier, was heartened to see a Mum having a go (at a usually ‘Dad’ domain) with teaching her kids to fish … did ask the question (after taking a few images) if they’d caught anything … er, no …
I smiled and walked on … it didn’t matter if they had or not, they were having valuable ‘me’ time with their mother :-)
