I’m a strong advocate for mental health, motivated by my own experiences and the loss of someone very dear to me to suicide. I’ve struggled with mental health for most of my life, and through it all I’ve learned how important it is to reach out for help and keep fighting. I want to encourage others to do the same—to remember that no matter how dark it may seem, you deserve to be here. Please stay and know that you’re not alone in this journey.
