I'm an artist based in Atlanta Georgia and have worked in the animation industry for the last decade. Map creation started in 2021. It takes about a month to complete a map because an incredible amount of research and labor goes into them. They are all digitally hand drawn in PSD using reference photos and some elements are projected.
