Artist's Description

This photo goes with the story I wrote, “Lizzy at the Crossing”. My grandma Josephine and great grandma MariaAnna stand next to the Ford 1915 Model T, affectionaltely called “Lizzy” by them. This is the car that they raced the train to the crossing in. This picture was taken on that very day after they arrived home from their adventure. That’s my Dad’s sister, my aunt Edna sitting in the car.
