Artist's Description

Built on Lake Michigan in 1886 this was the first lighthouse for Two Rivers, Wisconsin was built almost entirely out of wood. At present it is one of the few original structures made of wood left on the Great Lakes.

Moved from it’s original location in the mid 1970’s the lighthouse it is now part of a museum that commerates the nautical past f the town of Two Rivers.
