Artist's Description

Mysterious eyes that come out at night
From every wall they give me a fright.
I cover my head and hide my face
But now I hear noises all over the place.

The walls have eyes, I see them there.
They’re big and their small and they reach for my hair.

At Halloween and all year through, beware my friend,
The eyes are watching you!

~by TLC

Twisted and kooky, this addition to my Halloween art came to life when “the walls” began to close in around me in the wee hours of the morning, while I was working on what was “supposed” to be a subtle and typical greeting card design. I wasn’t satisfied with the results I was getting so I played with the distortion features in Photoshop and “the wall” suddenly came into being. A few cobwebs, the glowing eyes of a Jack-o-Lantern, the creepy image of a costumed family member as the Grim Reaper, and another “twisted family face” (aren’t we lucky to have family and the distortion feature) combine to complete what I hope is more frightfully “funny”, than “absolutely frightful”.
