Fear of what?

Fear of what?
The fear to be seen as it is. Not hide our identity. Revealing the true self, and uncovering layers of protection. For when the nakedness is in the open it is then that we are more likely to be bruised. But is it others causing the bruise? Or is it ourselves? As with time we learn who to trust, who to open to, who to invite to your inner soul, inner secret, darkness.

Is it easier to do that but then harder to not hold a vision what might have been spotted. Not trying to understand what is going through their head. As this we will never know for sure. It is right to uncover one self if we are not clear on how we can handle the consequences? Or is it an ongoing exercise, in order to learn to trust? Trust life, trust others to not abuse the trust given to them. Or simply live life fully with the pain, with the passion, the beauty, the dark all that is connected and becomes one.
Without the defence, when we don’t even know what we are defending. The heart? The trueself? The ego?

Fear of what?
