In your memories

As they say patients is a virtue, one that I’ve never been able to grasp. So they say what doesn’t kill you make you stronger, I’d rather never breathe again then be able to carry the world. I’ll give you this you left with the grace of a plane crash, as subtle as a train wreck. I swore I would do anything just to make you happy, I never thought it would be this. So I lay here in your memories under our dreams just to watch them crash around me. When will we see each other again, how will I know your ok? You might as well be dead because I will never know the difference. In case you didn’t catch on I’m writing this for you and I’m blaming this on me. You’ll still say what you will and think what you want but you ripped my heart out then ran away before you had to see me fall apart, yet I’ll still wear you in my skin and feel you on my lips for all eternity.
