Artist's Description

Haidar Khurshid, oh………your all muddy again. Haidar………you are always an adventurer during recess. Ok, class. Today we are going to discuss our solar system starting with the Earth and the moon. Please look up at the positronic interlaced view screen. What do you see class? Ok, you Gabir. Mrs Mehjibin, I see two worlds. You are close, but one infact is not a world. It’s our moon. You see it up in the sky everyday and it plays important role with us humans on Earth from our calendar, to faith, to science and why Earth has life. Class can you tell me anything else you have learned about our moon? Yes, Parveen. Mrs. Mehjibin, our moon was different centuries ago. Very good Parveen. Now would someone volunteer and come up to the front and explain what else you have learned. Wow, your eager Haidar Khurshid. Please explain what you have learned. Yes, Mrs Mehjibin. Our moon once was gray when you looked up at the sky. Our heroes the Pakistani Starfleet changed the moon and finished it in the 27th century. Very good Haidar Khurshid! That’s called terraforming. To explain class back in the late 20th century Earth Scientists discovered water ice a mile deep covering almost 2/3 of the dark side of the moon. Alot of research and atmosphere producing factories were set up on the moon which produced the air like you and me breath here on Earth. Over 200 years the moon warmed, formed an atmosphere and the ice melted. That formed oceans such as the sea of tranquility and hundreds of crater seas. Earth colonists seeded the moon with life from trees and animals. 1.7 Billion humans and aliens now live on the moon today. Now, you will be surprised to know there is 22 other worlds and mostly moons in our solar system that have been terraformed too including Venus, Mars and Titan. It’s amazing the, moon looks like the Earth. That’s true class. Now I have a surprise for you………..we are going to take a field trip to the moon tomarro and discuss gravity equalization that has also made life possible on the moon! Thankyou Mrs. Mehjibin! You are the best teacher we ever had……….we want to be Pakistani Space Explorers when we get older.
