This illustrated Proverbs 31 verse connects with a tradition, Jewish people have kept of displaying ‘Woman of Valor’ or ‘Eshet Chayil’ art. Strong, solid branches out of which blossoms flower, reflect not only “strength” in preceding verse, 17, but the translation of “chayil” which includes the words “might” and “efficiency”.
An oil pastel drawing composite by Douglas Rickard of the original Hebrew Proverbs Chapter 31, Verse 26 in the Sofer style with the literal English translation accompanying each of the Hebrew words (which read from right to left).
