Doodle and I go back to 1978. I was in the hospital after a tremendous beating (one among many in high school) and a nurse brought me a pencil and pad. Doodle has been my constant companion ever since. Through the worst of times, the few good ones, and then transition. Doodle is my running commentary on the world, injustice, transgender issues, and all things political.
