Who Will Take the Blame?

The sun is slowly rising into the morning sky,
A new day is dawning, I hear a small child cry,
I see her slowly struggle as she tries to take a breath,
One small child of millions slowly starving to death.

The light is slowly fading as darkness descends,
In a land were suffering and hunger never ends,
In the stillness of the night the children cry in pain,
Because they’ve had no food to eat,
But who will take the blame?

God provides for all mankind,
He’s given us this land,
To live the way we want to,
He does not force His hand.
He has not made us robots,
He’s given us free choice,
He showed His love in Jesus,
Now listen to His voice.

God gives food for everyone,
It’s up to us to share,
It’s up to us to make the choice
To show the world we care.
While in the stillness of the night
Jesus cries in pain,
Because He is the suffering,
But who will take the blame?

Who Will Take the Blame?
