High on apples; high on life.
High on my regard for you;
High on how important you are to me.
These words stem from my inspiration of our friendship…
Hoping the core of it remains in tact after you leave this Fall…
Hoping the friendship we planted
Will somehow be like a growing seed
Instead of an untouched core thrown away.

Such a beautiful colorful person, character, soul, & spirit you’ve raked in for yourself.
This is the kind of impression you’ve left on me.
I don’t write these words with the sole intent of trying to impress,
But I hope these words of mine leave a good lasting impression on you…
But won’t be the last words you hear from me after you leave here…
Hoping your moving doesn’t mean moving me out of—and falling out of—your life.
I hope we continue to touch & move each other after you’ve moved,
And that I can continue to give you good “last” impressions of me long after.

The highest esteemed of themselves will continue to hit on you—
Trying hard to impress.
The highest, mightiest, & holiest will continue to judge—
Throwing weakly based stones & low verbally abusive blows to make you feel un-whole—
Hoping you won’t make them crawl into their own cowering holes of character.
I simply highly praise you—and what you will always mean to me—with these words…
And hope we continue to touch & move each other after you’ve moved,
And that you’ll continue to give me good lasting impressions of you long after.

The inner strength I will continue to show will carry on like thick wooded window panes.
But look into my eyes, and you will see the pain of a fragile soul made of glass shards…
Safe-keeping every moment I willingly opened up a key personal remnant of myself to you—
Closely locking in every treasured piece of you I can hold on to—
Because I highly value the wealth of memories you’ve left with me
And hope you’ll continue to leave with me long after you’ve already left.
I hope we continue to touch & move each other after you’ve moved,
And that we continue to give good “last” lasting impressions of each other long after.

I’m really going to miss you…
Hoping you’re really going to miss me, too…
Hoping that you hope that our friendship will never go amiss, too…
Hoping your leaving doesn’t stem the core of our friendship completely…
Hoping your moving doesn’t mean moving me out of—and falling out of—your life…
Hoping you choose to continue to keep in touch with me…
Hoping to touch & move each other after you’ve moved…
Hoping that this last lasting impression won’t be the last you choose to have of me.
