This is one of my favorite views of the Green Valley Gardeners’ demonstration Arid Garden. The aloe blossoms (orange) are at their peak, and the Flying Saucer trichocereus blossoms are just starting. The tricho blossoms last less than a day. They open at night and last until noon maybe. You can see the buds of tomorrow’s blossoms. The blossoms are larger than my hand.
