On a recent family holiday to Europe we decided to travel through Luxembourg City on our way from Germany to Paris.
Many friends had asked why Luxembourg? Lonely Planet had given it a good write up and it sounded like the kids would enjoy seeing the old castles and the landscape. I think this shot shows it was a good decision.
This shot was taken from the bridge on Rue Munster as it passes over the Alzette River. In the background you can see the escarpment up to the ‘old city’ centre.
Three shot HDR produced using Photomatix Pro. Each shot f/8 at 10mm, 1/160s +/- 2EV; handheld. Canon 400D with EF-S 10-22mm lens.
