Competition Underway - Select-a-Shot

It seems we have enough interested entrants :)
This will be the place to make your entries.

Things to look closely for and consider:

1/ These shots are ‘as is’. Allow for slight cropping or straightening (or whatever you like, actually – some of these would look nice as panoramas, for example) Consider potential
2/ Note carefully the silhouettes. This is what is making my choice so difficult.
3/ Note landscape vs portrait format, and it’s implications.
4/ Know that you can speak freely about anything you like. No need for saccharin stuff. If you do not like any_, feel free to say so (_why would be nice).

I’ve decided to run a little competition. Help me choose which shot is the most worthy of a series of very very similar shots (31 in all). I will send to the person who’s effort and advice I find most useful (no need to be technical at all) their choice of either a Medium Size Laminated Print, Medium Size Poster or Small Mounted Print – of the winning image.

a/ One response per person.
b/ All responses to be posted HERE. I will link the other references to this point.
c/ Use as many words as you like, be as creative or judgmental as you like, comment on as many images as you choose – but you will need to fix on ONE PARTICULAR IMAGE. I will judge favourably those that actually make an effort and spend some time choosing carefully. Laziness = minus points ;)
d/ Competition will run for 2 weeks from today (ends 14th January)
e/ I will keep accepting entrants for one more week (7th January). After that point, it will be closed to all but those that registered.
f/ bubblemail me your responses
