Artist's Description

The shipwreck “Buster” as re-appeared on the beach at Woolgoolga NSW, It was torn from the jetty that was at Woolgoolga.. during a storm in 1893..it eventually ended up on the beach just south of the lake entrance and has spent more yrs covered by sand then exposed…OMG…the timber is amazing…it was built in Nova Scova using wooden pegs and what appears to be tree trunks!! lol..I’ve only seen it twice in my adult yrs and both times it was late afternoon and incoming tide…hence rather quick shots..lol..Take the last track onto the beach along ’Lake rd" and then about 500 metres up the beach!
